In addition to being a Licensed Counselor, my expertise is drawn from a mix of integrative – complementary/alternative approaches, and the spiritual and metaphysical. My training and knowledge is holistic and multi-level. My intuitive and empathic skills have been present since I was a young child (in the early 60's), when I remembered knowing I would be me even though in another body (I "saw" myself as a young Asian girl). Also, as a young child, I saw in dreams the spirits who guided me as I made the passage into my current life, and I've had many powerful insights from remembering other lives, and am conscious of working directly with the intuitive and spiritual realms since I was a teenager when I began experiencing premonitions, and being clair-sentient, clair-audient, and having mediumistic abilities. Not only have I had many past and/or other life memories, but have also 'seen', heard, known in other ways, and worked with my family members to know several lives in which we connected before. It is truly a miracle to be with loved ones again, and a joy, even while it can be challenging! We must not waste a moment of the gift of the present moments we have here together. I read about Bridey Murphy in middle school, in the early 70's, and did my own first regression in 1987, yet had powerful and visceral memories long before that time. I've been working on the holistic approach to living since the early 80's, and professionally with the healing arts and Reiki, since 1987 when I formally turned my life over to be guided by Spirit (the highest levels of Love and Wisdom), and began doing "Angelic Healing" readings, and Chakra work. This guidance runs through every aspect of my being, and is intrinsic to my healing work. 

I am a Psychological Intuitive, Reiki Master, Eden Energy Medicine graduate of the 2-year Certification Program, and I read the Chakras at the deepest levels, which shows me the status of each Chakra and may hold, in addition to the aura, information about guides, past lives, and what the barriers to fulfilling your potential in this life look like – and then shifting and healing those barriers/trauma, bringing balance, healthier status, and then anchoring these energies into the Core Star of the grid. In addition to this I do deep trauma ~ healing work with EMDR, Past Life therapy Regression, Bach Flower Essences evaluations, and am a certified Yoga teacher and Meditation and Life, Creativity & Wellness Coach. My style as a counselor is very eclectic, experiential and intuitive, with strong influences from Carl Rogers, Erik Erikson, and Victor Frankl. Also, having lived through immune system dysfunction and healed completely with a holistic integrative process, I am an excellent guide to help you get through it. I know and understand the dynamics that result in this level of distress. My work and many trainings over many years (as a buyer and manager) in the Nutrition & Health Food Industry, and with Donna Eden, Dr. Luc DeSchepper, Robert Fritz, Eric Maisel, and Caroline Myss also contribute greatly to the framework of my orientation – namely, that (as with the homeopathic and energy medicine ideology) trauma causes disruptions in our energy, and it's not possible to heal or be whole and healthy until these are brought into balance. Though we may understand our issues emotionally and intellectually, pain and imbalance may be stored in the body (energetically and/or physically); also, tension seeks resolution, and the choices we make (whether consciously or not) deeply impact our reality and worldview; and that we MATTER. Our dreams and creativity are an aspect of Spirit – passion in alignment with higher awareness is felt in the heart and is the key to finding meaning in life. Non-denominational and GLBT friendly, I see all people as sacred, spiritual beings of beauty and light.

Because I work so intuitively and deeply (seeing and feeling energy and the emotional etiology of pain or imbalances), a new level of awareness and healing, a quantum leap – into the flow of the joy and magic of life can be achieved.

I will share with you in looking into the windows of your soul, in reading the Chakras, you will learn about your level of energetic health, and what these databases of energy actually look like – and to shift to the highest awareness level. identifying what your strengths and weaknesses are, helping you to anchor to the core of your energetic grid, and to your connection to truth, healing, and wholeness. With the Energy Medicine work and energy kinesiology testing, we can identify how you tend to lose energy, and make corrections and teach you exercises that will help you become more grounded, centered, and focused – and more effective, energized, and joyful in your life.

You will gain insight to heighten connection to spiritual awareness and intuitive abilities, and communications blocks can be identified and cleared – you will understand how you interface with the world and yourself at the deepest levels. 

I love to work with clients individually, in groups, and in phone work. I consider my phone work to be in the realm of holistic wellness as a Wellness and Life Coach. Clients who have clinical issues that require deep work in the psychotherapy context are not appropriate for phone sessions. Any issues related to clinical diagnoses (i.e., mood disorders, major depression, substance abuse, and the like) should be worked on with a local mental health provider. While I have been and continue to work with issues related to psychotherapy-type needs for local clients, it is in the context of bringing balance and healing rather than treating a "dis-ease or disorder".
