Donna_EllenAn important part of who I am and the work I do is my connection to the unseen (for most) world of energy, and seeing and helping you to remember who you are at your core – your spirit-soul-highest potential. When your energy is happy and in harmony, you are grounded, vibrant, and whole. As we discuss issues during phone sessions as with the in-office energy session, I may get intuitive information, history, or other relevant information, and can feel energy (such as inner and inter-relationship dynamics). In the Eden Energy Medicine work, I may use energy kinesiology testing on Meridians, Chakras, Aura, etc., and other types of techniques to allow for healing to occur and to shift/remove blocks, moving you toward a state of balance. Guided imagery work may also be used both in office, and phone sessions.

The Reiki/Energy work done in-office sessions – during which more of the Energy Work and Chakra reading (and Connecting, Clearing and Balancing) may be felt on a visceral level and therefore may be more intense for the client (the experience of deep relaxation, healing, enhanced awareness, and shifts in energy). I can feel very directly what is going on (on many levels) and then teach you how to work with your own energy. Energy Work may include EEM energy kinesiology, flower essence evaluation and processing, and Reiki is used with the Chakra energy readings which connect the Chakras to the core star – in this work, information may come through related to the aura, guides, past/other lives, and other energy systems, and historical issues which may be keeping pain stuck in the body/mind. This work addresses how your environment, how your history (and trauma), and what you accept as truth is affecting your body/mind/spirit in the NOW. My Reiki/Energy work sessions deliver healing Reiki energy, and also:
  • move energy to flow and connect at core levels
  • read energy in the Chakras
  • release blocks
  • heal/bring balance & awareness
  • strengthen or establish healthy energy boundaries

I am happy to work with clients who want to experience the Chakra/Reiki, and/or EEM or EMDR or Bach Flower, work as a support for your personal journey of inner work, or to enhance insight in your work with another current therapist. These modalities can be a great adjunct to traditional therapy, as well as wonderful for an "energy tune-up". The work can take one session or several, and you have the option of exploring at your own pace, or signing on to do 6 or 12 sessions with a discounted rate. So, you have a great menu of options, which may be done one at at time, or as part of a larger treatment plan – and once we agree to work together, you may work on your own psychotherapy, EEM or personal wellness coaching journey (phone sessions can include intuitive readings as well).

The 2-hour Intake is recommended for all first sessions (see FORMS for Intake form and other information), although exceptions are made depending on individual need. For local clients, Eden Energy Medicine (EEM), the Chakra/Reiki work or Flower Essence Evaluation session (using the FES Bach 38 remedies), may be covered during the first (Intake) session, depending on the issues presented in the Intake form and the complexity of those issues. In addition you have the option of doing a shorter first EEM session (1.5 hours) rather than as part of the 2-hour Intake. This would require only that the first and 3rd page of the intake form be filled out and brought in, although you may fill/bring in all 5 pages. Also, for local clients a 2 hour session payment can include a flower essence remedy (an additional twenty-five dollars). A fully detailed report of presentation following remedy use, supportive measures, and a personal affirmation will be provided. Issues that require more processing may come up during Intake sessions and a follow-up session/s may be advised should this occur.

The EEM, and Chakra/Reiki work is also a great tool for preparation and quicker healing in pre-post surgery, and coping with other major or minor life transitions such as pre-, during and post pregnancy, marriage, or other major life transitions such as starting/ending work/school, travel, family concerns, and relationship issues.
