The stories of our lives can be tools for learning…
This is my own story about overcoming immune system disease through an alternative & complementary approach to living and healing, and my stories of spiritual connection and meta-physical experiences from an early age that gave insight to these events. The dynamics of the effects of stress and trauma on the body-mind-spirit will be addressed from a personal perspective – as well as our capacity (through the experience of these difficult and at times painful events) to move toward our human/soul potential to merge with the Divine through our life experiences.

A companion book of poetry (already written and just needing to be put into print!) will follow.
