My sessions are holistic and tailored to meet your needs! They may include talk therapy – processing and discussion, Energy Psychology/EFT, trauma release work/EMDR, Eden Energy Medicine, Intuitive work (seeing-feeling-clearing-balancing energy), or Wellness Coaching: Stress~Life Management, Creativity, Personal Growth or Spirituality Issues, as well as evaluation of core issues and skill-building, Meditation/Guided Imagery, Yoga, or Bach Flower Essences Evaluation & remedy. In-office sessions may also include further energy work including Energy Medicine & Kinesiology (tests and corrections and energy balancing work), and  Chakra Reading/Balancing and Clearing (while receiving Reiki Treatment/Energy work with Hemi-Sync Sound Technology). Eden Energy Medicine works with 9 energy systems (including Meridians, Chakras, Aura, the Five Rhythms, Radiant and Electric Circuits, etc.).

I adhere to all the confidentiality rules of my licensure – basically, that means everything is confidential and not shared unless harm to yourself or another is involved. This is outlined in the HIPAA form, a.k.a. page 2 of the informed consent form (included for your information although I do not use insurance, and I am working as a coach for all phone sessions). The fee structure is covered below and in the informed consent form, page 1. You can pay for individual sessions or get a discount by pre-paying for three or six months at a time. The more paid in advance, the better the discount.

  • The 1st individual Intake session (or Update – when no sessions are held for 6-months or more) takes an average of 90 minutes to 2 hours and the fee is $225.00.
  • Individual (1-hour) session/s and EMDR (in-office EMDR and EEM sessions are $100 per hour and typically are 1.5 hours in length) session/s are $150.00. Longer sessions may be pro-rated at $50.00 per 20 minutes to 1/2 per/hr.
  • The first Energy Medicine Intake session is 1.5 hours, and all sessions are at the rate of $100.00 per/hr. Psychological Intake is not required, but may be used.
  • Another option, for 2, 1-hour phone coaching sessions (or 4, 1/2-hour) per month, or the equivalent, the fees are reduced and require pre-payment. This option is also available for in-office sessions (but the discount is for follow up sessions and does not include the  In-office session Intake fee/session):
    • for 3 months ($250 per month = $750.00 instead of $900.00 for 6 sessions),
    • for 6 months ($200 per month = $1,200.00 instead of $1,800 for 12 sessions),
    • The same discount applies for more.
    • Energy Medicine Sessions are $100.00 per/hr – 1st session is 1.5 hours/min. Introductory offer: get six hours worth of follow-up session time (equaling 3 or 4 sessions, each is session @1.5 to 2 hours, must be used within a 3-6 month period), and pre-pay for five ($500.00). Extra time added to a session is at the same rate of $50 per half hour.
