Phone and In-Office Sessions

To schedule a session, first contact me and we can set up a time to discuss your needs and determine we are a ‘fit’. Once we both agree to work together, then fill out the Intake form and read all the other forms which are relevant, and which we will review. For Phone sessions, email or snail mail these forms and payment (check, money order or see the Purchase or Fees link to pay online prior to the first session). Or for in-office clients bring the completed Intake form to the first session and cash or check is fine, or online payment (prior to the session

Local clients have the option of phone and/or in-office sessions. Discounted pre-paid sessions are also available for local clients, but the intake is not included and sessions are credited on an hourly basis. My office space is located in Savannah, GA at 6203 Abercorn St., #108, south of DeRenne, toward the left-side, rear of the red brick building – turn just between the two Fred Williams signs). This warm and inviting space is centrally located, and easy to access from Hilton Head to Downtown Savannah, to theSouthside or Richmond HIll areas. My sessions are holistic and tailored to meet your needs. They may include discussion, EMDR/EFT, Eden Energy Exercises, Past Life Regression Therapy (a Jungian approach ~ metaphor, archetypes, dreams), Yoga, Meditation, Guided Visualization, Bach Flower Essences Evaluation and remedy, (seeing/feeling) of energy, life management, Creativity, Personal Growth or Spirituality Issues, as well as evaluation of core issues and skill building. In-office sessions may also include further energy work including Chakra Balancing and Clearing as well (while receiving Reiki Treatment/Energy work with Meta-Music, Hemi-Sync Sound Technology).

I adhere to all the confidentiality rules of my licensure – basically, that means everything is confidential and not shared unless harm to yourself or another is involved. This is outlined in the HIPAA form, a.k.a. page 2 of the informed consent form (included for your information although I do not use insurance, and I am acting as a Life Coach rather than psychotherapist for phone sessions). The fee structure is also covered in the informed consent form, page 1. You can pay for individual sessions or get a discount by pre-paying for three or six months at a time. The more paid in advance, the better the discount.

  • The first individual Intake session (or Update – when no sessions are held for 6-months or more) takes up to 90-minutes and the fee is $225.00. Follow-up (one-hour) session/s and EMDR (in-office) session/s are $150.00. All longer sessions may be pro-rated at $50.00 per 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour.
  • Another option – for 2 1-hour or 4 half-hour phone coaching sessions (per month): $300.00. The Fee is reduced if pre-paying for 3 months ($250 per month = $750 .00 instead of $900.00), and for 6 months ($200 per month = $1,200.00 instead of $1,800.00), to be pre-paid. The rates listed above are for 2 sessions p/mo or 4-1/2 hour sessions or the equivalent. The same discount applies for more.

Phone Sessions

Although Reiki/Energy Work sessions done in office may be felt on a more visceral level, my intuitive skills (feeling and sensing energy) are a big part of the equation in phone sessions too. For individual sessions an Intake (1.5 hours and intake fee of $225.00) is required. If you contract with me for 3 or 6 months (see Informed Consent form) then the initial intake fee is waived. Payment in full needs to be received prior to the first session – and since I need enough time to review all your information, please send all forms to me via email or snail mail (or fax, by prior arrangement only). Once payment and paperwork are received I will notify you and we can decide on a time for your session/s. Then when the agreed upon time arrives, please call 912-247-4263 for your scheduled phone session (if VM comes on, please just re-dial in a minute or two).

If something comes up that you want to share, please email me! I generally check my email about 2x per day, and will respond within a reasonable time. I don’t bill for these additional questions, concerns, or need for sharing. When something major has occurred I want to know! As your personal Life coach, I’m part of your support system, so I enjoy helping by listening or giving my insight related to any ups or downs that present themselves – I care about you and am here to help you be your best!

So I can be properly prepared to work with you, we will use our scheduled time of one half-hour per week, or an equivalent amount of time (total 2 hours per month) via phone or email. For local, or intermittently local clients, phone sessions may be inter-mixed with in-office sessions. Individual, Month-to-month, 3-month or 6-month contracts may be renewed after discussion of current needs is determined. You may snail mail (I will provide address) or email the forms back to me!

  • Energy Work, Reiki, & Chakra Reading-Clearing-Balancing
  • Holistic Wellness Coaching (healthy living and eating, creating balance on all levels, relationship issues, finding balance and meaning)
  • EMDR/EFT (moving and releasing stuck pain around: loss, grief, trauma, being violated, feeling invalidated, relationship and other issues related to emotional distress, fears about current and future events)
  • Life Management/Personal Growth/Spirituality/Creativity Issues
  • Couples, or Individual work (both clients would need to have intake session)
  • Bach Flower Evaluation and remedy
  • Yoga, Meditation
  • Past Life Regression Therapy
  • Groups (in my office or at your location)
