Phone & In-Office Sessions

To schedule a session, contact me to discuss your needs. Once we agree to work together, fill out the Intake Form and read all the other forms, which we will review. For Phone sessions for Life/Wellness coaching, email or snail mail these forms (Intake, and Wellness Svc's), or for Intuitive Guidance (email 1st and 3rd pages only of the Intake Form, and the Wellness Svc's only), and payment (check, money order or see the Purchase or Fees link to pay online prior to the first session). In-office clients bring the completed Intake form to the first session, and cash or check is fine – or pay online (prior to the session).

My office space is located in Savannah, GA, this warm and inviting space is centrally located, and is easy to access from Hilton Head or Downtown Savannah – and from Effingham County to the Southside or Richmond HIll areas. I teach a variety of classes from Yoga and Meditation, to Eden Energy Medicine (energy kinesiology and exercises to increase awareness, and balance and increase energy), Inner Journey trauma release workshop, Developing Intuition or Chakra/Energy work. My sessions are holistic and tailored to meet your needs. They may include discussion and processing, EMDR/EFT, Eden Energy Medicine Exercises and Energy Kinesiology and Energy Balancing work (i.e., Radiant Circuits, Electrics, Meridians, Chakras, Aura including vortexes and assemblage point issues, the Five Elements, etc), Past Life Regression Therapy (a Jungian approach ~ metaphor, archetypes, dreams), Yoga, Meditation & Guided Visualization, Bach Flower Essences Evaluation and remedy, (seeing/feeling) of energy, Stress &  Life management, Creativity, Personal Growth or Spirituality Issues, as well as evaluation of core issues, and skill building. In-office sessions only do include Energy Medicine tests and corrections, and Reiki or other energy work including Chakra Balancing and Clearing as well (while receiving Reiki Treatment/Energy work with Meta-Music, Hemi-Sync Sound Technology). Local clients have the option of phone and/or in-office sessions. Discounted pre-paid sessions are a great option for phone sessions, and are also available for local clients – but the intake is not included, and sessions are credited on an hourly basis except EMDR and Energy Medicine, which are credited hourly after the first 1.5 hours.

I adhere to all the confidentiality rules of my licensure, basically that means everything is confidential and not shared unless harm to yourself or another is involved. This is outlined in the HIPAA form, a.k.a. page 2 of the informed consent form (included for your information and although I can provide an invoice for your insurance submission, I do not submit insurance billing, and I am acting as a Life/Wellness Coach rather than psychotherapist for phone sessions). The fee structure is also covered in the informed consent form, page 1. You can pay for individual sessions or get a discount by pre-paying for 6 (3 months) or 12 sessions (6 months) at a time. The more paid in advance, the better the discount.

  • The first individual Intake session (or Update, when no sessions are held for 6-months or more) takes up to 90-minutes and the fee is $225.00. Follow-up (one-hour) session/s and EMDR (in-office) session/s are $150.00, and EMDR is 1.5 hours. Bach Flower assessments are $225.00, includes 2 hours of intensive therapy to identify deep issues, patterns and trends, plus the remedy and a personalized information sheet with goals for transformational shifts, supportive measures, and affirmations. The Energy Medicine first session is a minimum of 1.5 hours (follow up sessions will need at least 1.5 hours to make progress and get to deeper work, yet 1-hour sessions are an option), and all Energy Medicine sessions are charged at a rate of $100 dollars per/hr. Longer regular and Energy Medicine, sessions are pro-rated at $50.00 per 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour.
  • Another option is for 2 1-hour or 4 half-hour phone coaching sessions (per month): $300.00. The fee is reduced if pre-paying for  6 sessions in 3 months (@ $250 for 2 sessions per month = $750 .00 instead of $900.00), and for 12 sessions in 6 months (@ $200 per month for 2 sessions per month = $1,200.00 instead of $1,800.00), to be pre-paid. The rates listed above are for 2 sessions p/mo or 4-1/2 hour sessions or the equivalent. The same discount applies for more. Pre-paid discounts for In-office sessions must be discussed on an individual basis since there are too many cost variables.

Phone Sessions

Although Reiki/Energy Work sessions done in office may be felt on a more visceral level, my intuitive skills (feeling and sensing energy) are a big part of the equation in phone sessions too. For individual phone sessions an Intake (1.5 hours and intake fee of $225.00) is required. If you contract with me for 3 (6 sessions) or 6 (12 sessions) months then the initial intake fee is waived as the intake would be and count as one 1-hour session (see Informed Consent form). Payment in full needs to be received prior to the first session, and since I need enough time to review all your information, please send all forms to me via email or snail mail (or fax, by prior arrangement only). Once payment and paperwork are received I will notify you and we can decide on a time for your session/s. Then when the agreed upon time arrives, please call 912-247-4263 for your scheduled phone session (if VM comes on, please just re-dial in a minute or two).

If something comes up that you want to share, please email me! I generally check my email daily, and will respond within a reasonable time. I don't bill for these additional questions, concerns, or need for sharing. When something major has occurred I want to know! As your personal Life coach, I'm part of your support system, so I enjoy helping by listening or giving my insight related to any ups or downs that present themselves – I care about you and am here to help you be your best!

So I can be properly prepared to work with you, we will use our scheduled time of one half-hour per week, or an equivalent amount of time (total 2 hours per month) via phone or email. For local, or intermittently local clients, phone sessions may be inter-mixed with in-office sessions. Individual, Month-to-month, 3-month or 6-month contracts may be renewed after discussion of current needs is determined. You may snail mail (I will provide address) or email the forms back to me.   • EMDR/EFT (moving and releasing stuck pain around: loss, grief, trauma, being violated, feeling invalidated, relationship and other issues related to emotional distress, fears about current and future events)
